CHEESE CAKE TARTS 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2/3 stick melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Place 1 teaspoon in small size baking cups, with bottom of "shot glass" press down firmly.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat well. Place a tablespoon of filling in each tart cup and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Refrigerate - top with cherry or blueberry pie filling (ready to use type). Makes 30 tarts.
