1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 c. sugar
12 to 14 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Set oven to 350 degrees. Put a vanilla wafer in 12 to 14 muffin cups. Mix cheese, egg and sugar. Fill cups with enough mixture to cover wafers. Bake 20 minutes until browned. Cool. Top with cherries. For best results use cupcake papers.
