CHEESY MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 c. tomato juice
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 eggs
2 tsp. Wylers or Steero Beef flavor instant bouillon
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 slices Borden Process American Cheese Food

In bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese food. In shallow baking dish, shape half the mixture into loaf. Cut 4 slices cheese food into strips; arrange on meat.

Top with remaining meat; press edges together to seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with remaining cheese food slices. Refrigerate leftovers.
