CREAMY CORN SLAW 
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Miracle Whip
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. distilled vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
17 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
2 carrots
1 green pepper
1/2 c. red onion, diced

Peel and coarsely grate the carrots. Seed and dice the green pepper. In bowl, mix sour cream, salad dressing, mustard, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper. Add remaining ingredients - corn and fresh vegetables. Toss to blend. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or longer before serving.
