GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST 
1 pkg. graham crackers, finely crushed (about 1 2/3 c.)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. softened butter

Roll crackers to fine even crumbs, putting crackers in a plastic or cellophane bag or between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Pour crumbs into bowl. Add sugar and softened butter. Blend well with fingers, fork or pastry blender. Pour mixture into 9" pie plate. Distribute mixture evenly. Set an 8" pie plate on top of crumbs and press firmly. Crust is ready to fill or freeze for ice cream pie or bake in oven, 375 degrees, for 8 minutes for crispier crust.
