SALMON SALSA BREAKFAST BURRITO 
PER SERVING:

some smoked salmon
1/2 cup mild salsa
1/2 cup cheese (we use Mexican "fiesta" style cheese)
2 scrambled eggs
dairy sour cream
tortillas

First, scramble your eggs. Now, put half of the cheese and salsa onto the tortilla. Put your eggs, now scrambled, onto the tortilla. Put your salmon on top of the eggs. Then put a little bit more of your cheese and salsa onto the salmon. Roll the tortilla up, and put dairy sour cream and remaining salsa on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Repeat for desired servings.
