2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. grated carrot Dash of salt 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil 4 eggs (one at a time) ICING: 1 stick butter 1 box confectionery sugar 1/2 c. nuts 1 tsp. vanilla 8 oz. cream cheese Mix ingredients thoroughly. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |
