BUTTERMILK COFFEE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix together flour, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt. Add oil. Set one cup of mixture aside for topping.

Add to remaining mixture 1 egg and buttermilk and baking soda. Mix with electric mixer. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Crumble topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
