1 pkg. sugar-free orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. "light" mayonnaise
3/4 c. crushed pineapple, undrained (sm. can)
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 stalk celery
1/2 c. grated cheese

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Combine Cool Whip and mayonnaise and add to gelatin. Add pineapple, nuts, celery and cheese. Refrigerate until firm.
