MINCEMEAT COFFEE CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. mincemeat
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Sift together flour, baking powder and sugar. Cut in butter with pastry blender. Combine egg, milk, mincemeat and nuts. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to mix well.

Spoon into greased bundt pan or small cake mold and bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes. Remove from pan and spread with soft icing.
