4 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. Half and Half
8 oz. grated Monterey Jack
8 oz. grated Cheddar
4 oz. can chopped ortegas

Beat eggs, blend in Half and Half and blend well. Add all ingredients and blend. Pour into 8 or 9 inch baking dish, greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 or 40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
