CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 can Libby's corned beef hash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
Taste of curry powder
Taste of lemon juice

Spread hash in bottom of casserole. Mix soup, sour cream, curry and lemon juice in blender (or mixer). Mix well and spread on corned beef hash. Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm herbed dressing over top.

Bake in 325 degree oven for 30-45 minutes. (If Libby's Hash is not available, other brands may be used.)
