SHE CRAB SOUP 
3 c. milk
3 lemon slices
1/2 tsp. mace
3 c. light cream
1 lb. crab meat
1 stick butter
1/2 c. crumbled saltine crackers
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. sherry

Heat milk, lemon and mace in double boiler for 2 minutes. Add cream, crab meat, and butter. Cook 15 minutes. Thicken with crumbs and season to taste. Before serving, add sherry. Serves 4 to 6.
