SHRIMP AND YELLOW RICE 
Chop 3 pounds shrimp. Saute onion, bell pepper and garlic clove in a stick of butter. Add shrimp. Prepare yellow rice (1 pound package), using cream of shrimp soup instead of all water. Use 1 can soup and enough water to make amount of liquid needed. Add shrimp mixture to rice the last 5 minutes. Add chopped mushrooms.
