HASHED BROWN POTATOES | |
2 lbs. shredded hash browns Lay in greased 9"x13" pan to thaw. Mix together: 1 can potato soup 1 c. sour cream 3/4 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. grated onion Pour over potatoes and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out of oven and cover with 1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup melted butter. Cover this with crushed corn flake crumbs. Return to oven until cheese melts and top is slightly browned. |
