TOMATOES AND FETA CHEESE | |
6 med. sized tomatoes 1 tbsp. fresh marjoram leaves, cut up or 1 tsp. dried 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled 1/4 c. olive or salad oil 3 tbsp. wine vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Cut tomatoes in wedges. Combine oil, marjoram, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar; stir well. Add tomatoes and mix gently. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with Feta cheese before serving. Makes 8 servings. |
