1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
1 c. nuts
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together. Grease a 10 x 15 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 35 minutes.
