CHOCOLATE SYRUP BROWNIES 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can chocolate syrup
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Then add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased and floured pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or less.
