BATTER FRIED FROG LEGS 
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lbs. frog legs
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cooking oil

Mix the egg, cornmeal, salt, and pepper together to form a batter. Dip the frog legs into the batter, then fry in the oil in a large, heavy skillet for 25 minutes, turning so that they brown evenly on all sides. Makes 4-6 servings.
