BEEF ROLL (MARHAHUS TEKERCS) 
1 lg. 1/2 inch thick round steak
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
3 bacon sliced, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 tsp. parsley
Salt and pepper

Put filling on steak and roll up lengthwise. Tie with cord or fasten with toothpick. Brown steak in large skillet. Sprinkle with paprika and salt. Add 1 cup hot water. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours adding water if it cooks dry to deep meat moist.
