CHICKEN HOT DISH 
6 oz. UNCLE BEN'S® white and brown rice

Cook 20 minutes.

2 whole chicken breasts, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
8 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 cans cream of celery soup

Mix well. Put in 9x13 pan; let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Put crushed potato chips on top after 1/2 hour if desired.
