DIET CENTER APPLE PIE 
2 lg. apples, grated (peel left on)
2 eggs
1 tbsp. liquid sweetener
1 tbsp. coconut flavoring
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Wasa or Ak-Mac crackers

Lie bottom of pie pan with crackers. Put grated apples on top of crackers. Combine other ingredients and pour over apples. Crumble a few crackers over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
