WEIGHT WATCHER'S APPLE FRITTER 
1/2 lg. apple
2 slices diet bread
1/4 c. Egg Beaters
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Chop apple fine in blender. With hand, form bread into hard ball. Shred in blender. Add Egg Beaters. Mix well. Add cinnamon. Spray pan with non-stick Pam. Fry until brown.
