OATMEAL WAFFLES 
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Fresh fruit (optional)
Vanilla yogurt (optional)

In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In small mixing bowl, stir together eggs, milk, butter, and brown sugar. Add to flour mixture; stir until blended. Pour batter onto grids of a preheated, lightly greased waffle baker. Close lid quickly. DO NOT open during baking. Use a fork to remove baked waffles. Top with fruit and yogurt.
