PARTY CHICKEN 
8 deboned & skinned chicken breasts (1/2 breast)
8 slices bacon
1 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 pt. sour cream
butter
1 tsp. thyme
Salt & pepper

Wrap each piece of chicken with bacon. Cover bottom of a flat greased 8 x 12 inch dish with dried beef. Arrange chicken on beef, salt and pepper to taste. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours, uncovered.
