MOCK LASAGNA | |
1 lb. green peppers 1 lb. onions 6 stalks celery 3 lb. ground beef 1 med. sized jar olives 4 cans sliced mushrooms 2 cans tomato soup 1 lg. can tomato paste 1 lg. pkg. wide noodles 1 lg. pkg. Mozzarella cheese 1 lg. pkg. cheddar cheese Chop first 3 ingredients and cook. Cook ground beef; drain. Add chopped vegetables to ground beef. Add 2 cans of tomato soups, 1 large can tomato paste, sliced olives, and mushrooms. Add to beef and vegetable mixture. Add salt to taste, cook 1 large package of wide noodles, and mix with beef and vegetable mix. Top with one large package of Mozzarella cheese and 1 package of cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until thoroughly heated. Serve with garlic bread. |
