POT ROAST TURNOVERS 
Leftover pot roast
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 or 3 eggs
Sliced bread without crust

Saute mushrooms with the cut up celery and onion. Chop meat up and add to the mixture. Put eggs in dish, add a little water, scramble. Put meat mixture into bread, fold over into triangle. Dip into egg and seal edges. Bake for 15 minutes on each side at 350 degrees.
