PESTO SAUCE 
1 c. firmly packed fresh basil
1/2 c. snipped parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. pine nuts or walnuts
2 cloves garlic, quartered
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt

Place all ingredients except oil in food processor. Blend until a paste forms. With machine running, gradually add oil and blend to the consistency of soft butter. Add as much as desired to freshly cooked pasta. Can be frozen.
