MARINATED BRISKET | |
1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. Liquid Smoke Marinate 4 or 5 pound brisket with above ingredients overnight. Wrap in foil and bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours. Remove foil, discard liquid. Cover as you desire with BBQ sauce. Cover tightly, return to oven, 300 degrees, for 1 hour longer. |
