CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans boned chicken (or boil your own chicken; 1 c., cut up)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 box Stove Top stuffing or any stuffing mix
1 rib celery, chopped (optional)

Stir together chicken, soups, sour cream, celery and water chestnuts. Pour into oblong (shallow) casserole dish.
