BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, buttered on both sides
1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained & crumbled
3 c. grated cheddar cheese (or a little less)
2 or more chopped green onions (opt.)
1/2 tsp. salt
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Dijon mustard (opt.)

Line 9"x13" pan with bread. Spread sausage, cheese and onions on top. Mix eggs and milk together (and mustard) and pour over bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
