POOR MAN'S STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. onion (chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 cans refrigerated biscuits

Fry the onion in a little butter until tender. Add the meat and cook just until redness is gone. Drain off any grease. Put in 9x13 inch pan and add soup, milk, salt, catsup and buttermilk. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and top with biscuits. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes longer.
