ZUCCHINI LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
4 med. zucchini
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 lb. Mozzarella grated cheese

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Heat to boiling and reduce heat to simmer, 5 minutes. Slice zucchini in 1/4 inch slices. Arrange half of them on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour.

Now mix well cottage cheese and egg and put over zucchini and then put 1/2 of meat mixture on. Repeat with zucchini and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and add remaining meat sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes for easier cutting.
