EGG SALAD 
3 tbsp. reduced-calorie mayo or regular mayo
3 tbsp. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 large hard-cooked eggs
1/4 c. green onions
3 tbsp. relish

In a medium-size bowl, whisk the mayo, sour cream, salt and pepper. Chop eggs coarsely. Serve over lettuce leaves or make a quick sandwich.
