1 (6 oz.) box cherry jello
2 cups boiling water
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 can dark sweet cherries
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mayonnaise (optional)

Mix 2 cups of boiling water with the Jello to dissolve. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a Jello mold or elegant bowl. Let chill overnight.

Serve on a piece of lettuce with a dollop of mayonnaise on top.
