BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1 sm. c. Durkee onion rings 1 c. cream of mushroom soup 1 sm. carton of sour cream 1 egg 1 tsp. celery seed 1 lg. can biscuits 1/2 c. Prokee Sliced mushrooms A little garlic salt (optional) Mix Prokee with warm water for 5 to 10 minutes, then drain. Warm mushroom soup and mix with sour cream (saving 2 tablespoons. In a bowl mix 2 tablespoons of sour cream with celery seeds, egg and garlic salt; set aside.) In dish, mix Porkee, onion rings (saving a little to put in the center of dish) and mushrooms, then pour mushroom soup and sour cream mixture over. Now open biscuits and cut in half. Place them standing up around dish, put onion rings in the middle and pour egg; celery and sour cream mixture over top. Cook at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until golden brown. |
