CHICKEN HULA 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices, undrained
2 whole chicken breasts, split
2 cloves garlic, pressed
Salt
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2-4 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Grated peel from 2 limes

Rub chicken with garlic; sprinkle with salt. Broil or grill chicken until cooked through, about 10 minutes. Drain pineapple juice into large saucepan. Combine with honey, lime juice, soy sauce and cornstarch. Cook, stirring until thickened. Add pineapple slices; heat through. Serve pineapple and sauce with chicken. Sprinkle with lime peel. Serves 4.
