HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
Keep a close eye on this to make sure it doesn't burn.

2 fryer chicken, halved
2 tsp. garlic salt
4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lime
1/3 c. honey

Preheat oven to broil. Sprinkle garlic salt evenly on chicken halves. Place chicken skin-side down on broiling pan. Spread each half with 1/2 tablespoon mustard. Stir lime juice into honey, set aside. Broil chicken, broil and brush with lime-honey mixture. Turn and spread other side with remaining mustard, broil about 8 minutes or until tender. Baste with remaining lime-honey mixture.
