BETTI'S CHEESE CAKE! 
CRUST:

1 pkg. graham crackers
1/4 lb. butter

Melt butter; crush crackers. Pour butter on crackers in baking form; push in place.

CHEESE FILLING:

18 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 egg yolks

Mix well; fold in stiff egg whites. Do not beat. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 lb. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

After you bake cake, wait and let stand 5 minutes. Add topping and bake 5 minutes more.
