CHOCOLATE MINT BARS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. mint extract
Few drops green food coloring

Melt 1/3 cup chocolate pieces with 3/4 cup butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Add combined crumbs, coconut and nuts; mix well. Press onto bottom of ungreased 9x13x2 inch baking pan; chill.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, extract and food coloring, mixing until well blended. Spread over crust; chill. Melt remaining chocolate pieces with remaining butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Spread over cream cheese layer; chill. Cut into bars. Serve chilled. Approximately 3 dozen.
