BREAD WITH SESAME SEEDS AND
SYRUP
 
2 lb. basic dough
1/2 c. clarified butter, melted
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 c. prepared syrup

After dough has risen divide into 10 balls. Place on floured board to rise 10 minutes. Roll into circles and cover and let rise 15 minutes. Arrange circles on oiled baking sheet. Brush each with 1 teaspoon butter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Using fingers press seeds in making dents all over with fingers. Drizzle tops with syrup. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes until bottom is lightly brown.
