PONCHO VILLA'S SALAD 
1 c. refried beans
3 avocados, mashed

Prepare as for guacamole. Mix together, mashed with 1 tablespoon grated onion, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 3 tablespoons picante sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. 1 c. picante sauce 1 c. grated hard cheese

Garnish with chopped green onions and black olives

Spread refried beans on plate or in bowl. Layer guacamole over beans. Top this with layer of sour cream, picante sauce, and grated cheese. Garnish with green onions and black olives. Serve with Doritos or Tostada chips. Serves 8 for a dinner. This can also be used as a delicious dip for parties.
