BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) jar of Cheez Whiz
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (7 oz.) box pre-cooked rice (or 2 cups)

Cook celery and onion in butter until golden. Combine soup, water and cheese. Thaw broccoli or cook slightly with celery and onion, if pieces are large. Prepare rice and set aside. Combine all ingredients, and place in buttered 2 quart casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
