CHOCOLATE BALLS 
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 c. peanut butter
8 oz. graham cracker crumbs
1 sm. can Angel Flake Coconut
1/4 c. chopped raisins
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1 c. chopped pecans
2 sticks butter, melted
2 pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips (I like to use milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet)
1/2 cake paraffin mix

Mix together in large bowl: confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, coconut, raisins, cherries and pecans. Melt 2 sticks butter and pour over mixture and mix well. Form into balls with hands. Press together until real firm.

In a double boiler, melt 2 packages of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cake paraffin wax. (Cut paraffin wax into fine pieces.) Melt slowly over hot boiling water. Drop balls into chocolate mixture and roll over until well covered. Take toothpick and lift out and lay onto wax paper and let dry. Makes about 50 balls.
