BEEF CASSEROLE | |
3 lb. stewing beef (or 2 lb.) 1 packet onion soup mix 3 cans mushroom soup (or 2) 3/4 c. dry sherry (Gallo) 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms Put in casserole. Bake covered 3 hours at 325 degrees or 2 hours. Cool. Freeze. Then when ready to use, 1 hour more. |
