LIGHT ORANGE COOKIES 
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
5 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Confectioners sugar

Combine eggs, sugar, Crisco, orange juice and vanilla; add flour and baking powder, blend well. Batter should be kind of on the soft side. Put confectioners sugar in a shallow bowl and drop a teaspoon of batter into confectioners sugar and roll in the confectioners sugar until you can pick it up without it sticking to your fingers. Roll in oblong shape with your hands. Place it on cookie sheets lined in foil and greased with Crisco. Bake at 350 degrees 6 to 10 minutes or until lightly golden on sides and bottom. Makes 5 dozen.
