KOOL WHIP SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1 1/2 c. apricot nectar
1 3/4 c. boiling water

Dissolve the Jello mixture until slightly thickened. Fold in 1 large (9 ounce) Kool Whip to Jello, beat with electric mixer until smooth. Add 2 small cans mandarin oranges (drained) and 1 #2 can crushed pineapple (drained). Refrigerate until firm.
