CHEESY BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cheese soup
1 can tender chunk ham (or cooked chicken or turkey)
1 c. rice, cooked
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttered crumbs

Cook broccoli until barely tender, drain and chop. Combine sour cream and soup, mix all ingredients together (except crumbs). Put into buttered casserole. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
