PORCUPINE BALLS 
1-2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chipped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
12-14 crackers, any style
1 can tomatoes or tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 jar grape jelly

Mix together all but last three ingredients. Form into balls and put into casserole dish. Pour remaining ingredients over the balls. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees. (Or cook all day in crock pot.)
