PENN-DUTCH SUGAR COOKIES 
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Beat above ingredients until fluffy. Sift together: 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt

Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Mix only until dough is smooth. Drop by teaspoon on buttered sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
